Description
The Laboratory Systems Group Mistline™ scrubber for the Smoothflow TOUCH™ fume cupboard range uses fixed volume exhaust to allow maintainable fume and gas removal from the fume cupboard. Scrubbing is accomplished as the contaminated fumes and gases pass through the scrubber chamber—mounted directly above the fume chamber—via a high efficiency polypropylene pad system. The Mistline™ scrubber is also fitted with a high efficiency mist eliminator impingement blade system to remove 99% of mist from the process. Additionally, the Mistline™ scrubber is fitted with a wash-down spray bar system to wash the internal chamber after certain processes, and after the wash-down cycle, the wash liquid is directed into the fume cupboard sump for waste disposal.
